Rehabbed Allston site lands first tenant - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal:

The lease, announced Thursday by on behalf ofthe site’x landlord, includes 2,400 square feet on the first floor of 226 Harvard Ave. and 11,0009 square feet on the second floor. The three-story, 30,000-square-foot buildinh was developed on aspeculative basis, or without a beginning in the first quartee of last year, said Jason Weissman, the founder and principal of Bosto n Realty Advisors. The Beyd Family purchased the site, which was previously a gas in Octoberof 2007. “There’s not many retail deales that have happenedat all, nothing in the last six said Weissman.
