Companies do not need to be headquarterexd inMiddle Tennessee, but all participatinf branch offices must be located in ther ten-county Nashville area that includes  Davidson, Dickson, Maury, Montgomery, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson counties. Employeesz at nominated companies will be askede to take a confidential online survey that will be score dby Quantum.
 A minimum participation level is required based on the size of the For instance, companies with 50 employeesd or fewer will need to have 85 percent of their employees participate in the survey in order to be considered, companies with 51-15p employees will need to have 70 percent of their employeesx participate and so forth. The top scoring companiee will be profiled in a specia l section inthe Dec. 11, 2009 Nashvillw Business Journal and at an awards luncheoh on thesame day! The surveuy period launches the firsyt week of September, but you can sign up todayy and get your company's name on the list.
